Description:  IPOL Broaching Oil No.1 is formulated with chlorine, fat & sulphur as extreme pressure additives. These additives react chemically at elevated temperature forming solid metallic film. This helps in extending broach life & provides improved surface finish to component.  This is a robust product & successfully used in machine shops where extreme lubrication qualities are required in cutting operation. These broaching oils are even suitable for the machining of hardest material possible.

IPOL Cut 90 SF Honing & grinding neat oil 

Description: IPOL Cut 90SF is a low viscosity honing & grinding oil which is free from sulphur & chlorine. This is a blend of selective base oil with exclusive suitable lubricity & EP additives to provide excellent surface finish on steel & related alloy material.  Finishing operations like honing, reaming or for aluminum machining low viscosity mineral oil based products are used as coolants. The properties of the products used in all these operations overlap and usually a multipurpose formulation is marketed to take care of these situations.
