Product Details:

This class of hydrocarbons constitutes branched chain or straight linked hydrocarbon molecules of various viscosity. As the chain length increases, the viscosity increases and the rubber process oil becomes more viscous. They find extensive usage in ethylene-polypropylene rubbers. These are most stable and have the highest flash point for a given viscosity.

IPOL RUBBER OIL 2300N   Description:  Natural or synthetic rubbers are polymers and depending upon the chain length and the molecule  size, posses different properties. These are converted into various shapes and sizes from balloons, Chappals, to truck and aircraft tyres.  

IPOL RUBBER OIL 2300 N is predominantly a paraffinic type process oil with a high viscosity and flash point to provide good lubricity during the processing, in addition to act as an extender medium.   This is a medium coloured product and has an improved oxidation resistance.  
 
Application:    An extender oil for EPDM, Rubber EPDM profiles, heat resistance, conveyor belt, Steam hoses and butyl tube.  Compatible with Butyl and reclaimed Rubber.

Naphthens are a class of hydrocarbons also referred to as ‘cycloparaffins’. Though their structure is similar to the aromatic ring, these are single bonded thus having a stable structure. Several such hydrocarbon rings may be linked indicating a variety of available grades. Their unique colour stability, solubility and good thermal stability makes them ideal for moulded articles, slippers, LPG tubes, floor tiles, etc.

These need to be processed into various shapes and sizes from rubber balloons, bathroom chappals, to truck and aircraft tyres. Which are useful to the society.
• IPOL ARTEC 9730 is a aromatic type lubricant equivalent to normal aromatic oils with good solvency and is compatible with most rubber polymers like NR, SBR, PBR and blends of the same. Besides providing lubricity it may be used as extender oil in applications where colour is not an important factor.
• During processing of rubbers these need to be masticated which results in the generation of high temperatures. This generation of heat is due to internal friction between individual polymer molecules. The use of IPOL ARTEC 9730 not only helps lubricate the various polymers reducing the mixing temperature and the load on the Mixers/blenders but also facilitates the introduction of various additives into the rubber batch.
