Description:

• Hydraulic Oils at high pressures are employed to actuate mechanisms of mobile or stationery machines. Positive displacement pumps e.g. gear, vane or piston types are used for developing these pressures. The moving parts of these expensive pumps would wear out and not perform satisfactorily unless the right type of anti-wear hydraulic oil is used. IPOL Hydropac Premium Oils grades are Antiwar type products having extreme pressure characteristics
• These are blended from specially selected high viscosity index base-oils fortified with additives to obtain the required anti-wear characteristics
• These oils are also having additives with rust and oxidation inhibitors
• They also have excellent DE-emulsibility and anti-foam characteristics

Application:

• IPOL Hydropac Premium Oils grades are extensively used for high pressure hydraulic systems, screw compressors and other circulating oil systems where the oil is re-circulated and used for long periods with least make-up

MAK HYDROL HLP

MAK Hydrol HLP grades are premium grade extra heavy duty oils blended from Hydro processed Group II plus base oil. They are fortified with very carefully selected anti-wear additives which make them suitable for applications involving higher and lower load conditions. They possess excellent compatibility with seals which prolongs seal life. They also show exceptional hydrolytic stability and demulsibility and resist any deterioration due to water contamination.     Applications:-These are recommended for hydraulic systems and a wide variety of circulation systems of industrial and automotive equipments. These are also used in General manufacturing, Metal and Power equipments. They also find application in mining and construction equipments.   MAK Hydrol HLP grades are also recommended for the lubrication for rotors, bearings and gears in rotary compressors like screw and vane type rotary compressors.  This grade can also be supplied in Super Clean HDPE Barrels (Typically NAS 7 at point of filling).

Product Details:

PANOL AW oils are recommended for use in high pressure hydraulic systems (1000 psi and above) and also in systems where high speed actuations are desired.  Such oils are extensively used in CNC and special purpose machines as also in positive displacement pumps Axle, Piston, Vain and gear tight. These can also be use in small gear boxes, compressors, chain drives and circulating oil systems machine tools etc.  These are not recommended for lubrication of turbines and equipments having silver coated components.
